Bagi kakitangan awam yang membuat pinjaman dari Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), korang semua boleh membuat semakan secara atas talian (online) dan juga SMS ye. Sejak 1 Januari 2016, Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan (BPP) telah dijenama semula menjadi Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA).
Cik Yaya akan kongsikan kepada korang mengenai langkah untuk membuat semakan baki pinjaman perumahan kakitangan kerajaan.
Cara Semak Baki Pinjaman Perumahan Kerajaan LPPSA
Dibawah ini merupakan cara untuk menyemak baki pinjaman perumahan kerajaan secara atas talian (online) dan juga SMS.
1. Semakan Pinjaman LPPSA Secara Online
Melalui kaedah semakan yang pertama iaitu secara atas talian (online). Korang perlu melayari Portal Sistem Perumahan Bersepadu (SPPB) dan mendaftar terlebih dahulu.
- Pendaftaran boleh dibuat di DAFTAR BARU (REGISTER)
- Sila pilih kkasifikasi perkhidmatan iaitu diantara : Perkhidmatan Awam, Polis, Tentera, Anggota Pentadbiran Kerajaan Tempatan/ Badan Berkanun & LPPSA
- Pilih Gelaran
- Isikan Nama Dalam Kad Pengenalan
- Ikut langkah-langkah berikutnya sehingga selesai pendaftaran
- Panduan pengguna boleh dirujuk di MANUAL LPS
Pengguna yang telah mendaftar akan boleh mengakses perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan seperti berikut:-
- Semakan status permohonan baru
- Status bayaran kemajuan
- Status baki pinjaman
- Penyata tahunan
- Penghantaran hakmilik
- Bayaran balik pinjaman.

- Klik Jom Semak LPPSA : SEMAK BAKI
- Sila log in masuk
- Iskan kata laluan
Selain daripada dapat menyemak baki, pengguna yang berdaftar juga boleh membuat semakan lain seperti berikut :-
- Kalkulator Pengiraan Kelayakan
- Penyata Tahunan
- Status Bayaran Balik (Potongan Gaji)
- Status Bayaran Pembiayaan
- Borang Atas Talian
